“I welcome today's announcement that Eileen Bell has agreed to assume the role of Presiding Officer when the Assembly is recalled on 15th May. Eileen's reputation for fairness and impartiality will be a great asset to the Assembly as it sets about the challenging task of preparing for Government. I extend every good wish to her for success in the period ahead.”
