Travel Advice Update – Morocco

The Department of Foreign Affairs has reviewed its travel advice for Morocco, in light of the terrorist attacks which took place on 17 May.

Irish citizens who intend travelling there should be aware of the ongoing possibility of such attacks and should exercise caution in their movements and remain vigilant at all times.

Where possible, large gatherings should be avoided, and particular caution should be exercised in public places which are frequented by foreigners, including airports, hotels, restaurants and shopping areas.
