"I am shocked and saddened to learn of the death of an Irish priest, Fr. Declan O'Toole, in Uganda yesterday. The Irish Ambassador in Kampala is in touch with the appropriate authorities regarding Fr. O'Toole's death. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and I would like to express our deepest condolences to Fr. O'Toole's family, to the families of those who died with him and to his order, the Mill Hill Fathers."
