Finnish Ambassador to present Credentials

His Excellency, the Ambassador of the Republic of Finland, Mr. Pekka Oinonen,
presented his Credentials to the President at Áras an Uachtaráin today.
The Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, Mr. Éamon Ó Cuív, T.D., was present at the ceremony.
The Ambassador of Finland was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Irmeli Oinonen and Mr. Pertti Anttinen, First Secretary at the Finnish Embassy.
Also present were Mr. Brian McCarthy, Secretary General to the President; Mr. Martin Greene, Assistant Secretary and Mr. Joseph Brennan, Deputy Chief of Protocol at the Department of Foreign Affairs.
