The Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Liz O'Donnell T.D., will launch "Between Two Places: A Case Study of Irish People Living in England" at the European Parliament Office, Dawson Street, Dublin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 28 June 2000.
Supported by the European Cultural Foundation, the case study looks at issues such as integration and discrimination in the context of emigration between Ireland and Britain. Top
