The newly appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Brian Cowen T.D., will arrive at the Department of Foreign Affairs at 10:30 am on Friday, 28 January 2000. There will be a photo opportunity at the entrance to Iveagh House for his arrival.
