CHANNEL 4 PROGRAMME

The Channel 4 programme alleging tapping of telephone calls between Ireland and the United Kingdom is being considered by the Department of Foreign Affairs, in consultation with other Government Departments.

In the meantime, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. David Andrews, TD has instructed the Irish Ambassador in London to raise the matter with the British authorities.
