Minister Andrews Expresses Concern at Incident in South Lebanon

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. David Andrews T.D., has expressed regret at the tragic death of Private William Kedian and at the injury to Private Ronald Rushe in South Lebanon. The Minister has extended his deepest sympathy to the bereaved family of Private Kedian and has expressed his support for the family of Private Rushe wishing him a speedy and full recovery.
The Minister said he was extremely concerned at the incident. He is awaiting a full situation report from UNIFIL detailing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
