Statement by Tánaiste on Judgement of Berlin Court on Mykonos Case

The Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Dick Spring T.D., is profoundly concerned at the finding of the Berlin Superior Court of Justice of Iran's involvement in the Mykonos case.

The Tánaiste expresses his solidarity with Germany following this verdict of the independent German judiciary, which clearly has implications for the future of EU-Iran relations.

Member States, including Ireland, are recalling their Ambassadors for coordinated consultations.Top
