REDEPLOYMENT FROM HEBRON AND WEST BANK
I welcome the announcement of the agreement between Israel and the Palestinians on withdrawal from Hebron and other areas of the West Bank. This is a very encouraging development and I would like to congratulate both sides for the strength of their commitment to the peace process which this important achievement underlines. The agreement is a major step forward towards implementation of the Interim Agreement. I sincerely hope that it will help Israelis and Palestinians to re-establish the trust and cooperation that are necessary to strengthen and further advance the implementation of their peace agreements.Top
