Passport application forms are available at the Consulate, however, applications must be sent directly by applicants to the Embassy of Ireland in Madrid, Spain for processing. Payments for passports can be made by bank transfer or using a credit card by completing Section 1 of the application form. If paying by bank transfer, please ensure that any bank charges incurred are also paid for, in addition to the charge for the passport.
