All documents to and from the department/minister relating to the transfer and use of funds to Irish charities or NGOs under the MAPS system since Jan 1^st, with particular reference to any noted concern about how the money is being spent by those NGOs;all documents relating to the cutting of the foreign aid budget by 45m, announced by the Finance Minister and the Taoiseach recently.
