2002 NGO Forum

The 5th NGO Forum took place on 16 July 2002 in Dublin Castle. The main themes of the Forum were International Trade, Development and Human Rights, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Rights.  The Forum was opened by Minister of State Tom Kitt, T.D. Speakers included Mr Andrew McDowell, Senior Policy Advisor, Forfás, Mr Jim Loughran, Development Manager, Amnesty, Ms Jackie Harrison, Director of Social Policy, Irish Business and Employers Confederation, Dr Brian Scott, Director of Oxfam Ireland.
