The total costs incurred by the Irish Embassy in London for a function held for the visit by the prince of Wales to the Embassy on 9 november 2010;

copies of all invoices and receipts submitted to the embassy for services provided on the night including car hire, food and catering, drinks, gifts, flowers and other decorations, entertainment, the cost of invitations and any other costs incurred on the night;

a copy of the menu;a copy of the guest list;copies of the pages of the Embassy's visitor log book on Tuesday 9 november and wednesday 10 november;

a copy of the invitation sent to the Prince of Wales and a copy of the standard invitation sent to other guests
