Replacement Certificates
If you have already received Irish citizenship by means of Foreign
Births Registration and you need to apply for a replacement
certificate, you can do so by contacting the Irish Diplomatic and
Consular Mission nearest to where you normally reside, or
if resident in Ireland to the Consular Section of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Dublin, or
if resident in the Munster region, to Consular Section
