Records relating to the issue of fake Irish passports being used by non-Irish people: copies of documents in relation to incidents where fake Irish passports were found to have been used, including (but not limited to) the incidents where Irish passports were found to have been used by Russians in the US in 2010, and the Irish passports used in a murder in Dubai.  I am seeking copies of all reports (both internal and external), draft reports, briefing documents and notes related to such incidents; copies of any instructions given to staff in relation to the issue of fake passports; copies of any correspondence with other countries or embassies in relation to the issue of fake passports
