The names of hotels used by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade when abroad in each year since 2007 to date in 2012. The date and length of each of the trips. The breakdown cost of each trip e.g. Accommodation, Flights, Transport, Food, Gifts etc. The names of each person who accompanied the Minister for each trip. If the cost of the trip "that other officials who accompanied was also paid for", the costing of each trip to be broken down as above.
