All correspondence, whether by letter, e-mail, fax, text, etc., received by the Minister and Department of Foreign Affairs from any and all persons, whether Irish citizens or foreign nationals, to include politicians, Government officials and citizens of India, relating to news of the death of Savita Halappanavar, from Tuesday November 13th, to date of receipt of this letter, to include the whole of that day. Any official reports/correspondence to and from Irish diplomatic or consular missions abroad in relation to the same issue, received in the same timeframe.
