A copy of all correspondence issued by Department Of Foreign Affairs official, Mr. Martin Drummond, to the Department's chauffeur drive service providers and drivers, in respect of authorising access to "Bus Lanes", during the recent Organisation of Security and Cooperation in Europe Ministerial Conference held in the RDS, Dublin, and the attendance of U.S. Secretary of State, Hilary Rodham Clinton, to the same event.
